The Cinta Costera has reached Casco Viejo!....  or almost... The first step was to start the installation of the huge pipes that are part of the project to re route the sewer system and clean the Panama Bay.  They have already started to move the pipes into the site, at the current park where the old fruit and vegetable market used to be in Terraplen. Also, they have started to remove the old kiosks at the Terraplen itself, near the piers. Change is coming!
