It was about time! residents and business owners of Casco Antiguo are coming together to help Casco Antiguo develop the best way possible. AVACA for its name in Spanish, is open to everyone: residents, owners, business owners and Casco Antiguo fans.  A couple of meetings have been held in order to organize its mission and administration. Through AVACA, Casco Antiguo residents will have a voice when it comes to propose projects to the City or to tackle irresponsible development.  From garbage treatment to accountability, this is a forum from which we can join hands and help our neighborhood be an example for others and reach its wonderful potential.
