Cuatro Casas is slowly coming alive.  First, Arco Properties came in at Cuatro Casa´s very corner between 4th Street and A Avenue. And now, a salad and sandwich restaurant just opened next door: Tomato. Ph. 228-4342

Known in Panama from the Tomato in Multiplaza, their franchise sells fresh salads, soups and sandwiches. They are adding pizza made in an "ecological oven" and will continue to customize as they get feedback from their customers. They already got feedback from Clara and me during yesterday´s soft opening: the baby blue salad is great!

This week they´ll continue to try and taste; and are thinking on opening "officially" by next Tuesday. The ambiance is fresh and very relaxed, Juan Gabriel (one of the owners and manager) explained that they´ll have breakfast too.  I saw some waffles with white cream in the menu I´m looking forward to try.  Fantastic!
