December is one of the most pleasant months in Panama. You get a wonderful golden light in the mornings and afternoons, the climate starts to change: more breeze, still some showers, but the sun comes out right away and catches you smiling.

It also means January is right around the corner, the dry season is coming, which means huge productivity in construction for all the projects. For the next six months, the Casco will be a construction site. We should hang a sign at the entrance of the Casco that says... "Wear a Helmet".  Maybe we should even put some there for people to grab!

To give you an idea, these are the projects that are happening right now. More to come!

Benedetti (of course! our flag project in Avenida Central and Tenth Street)
PH La Merced (across from La Merced Chuch, in front of Plaza Herrera, starting in January)
Montefiori (in Plaza Herrera as well, a year more and they´ll be finished)
Casa Malecon (in Terraplen, starting in January)
Casa Obispo (under construction)
Casa Garay (starting construction in January)
Calle San Miguel (finishes already in, delivering apartments in January)

There is a lot of action, and summer is the best time to step in and be part of it!
