Banco General, one of the biggest Panamanian banks announced 58% growth for 2008. What will 2009 bring in terms of world wide economy is hard to tell. But it is nevertheless something to consider seriously, and if fundamentals are good, give it a try.

Danilo Perez and his music education revolution is storming throughout Panama! Started at Casco Antiguo with the creation of the Danilo Perez Music School at the old music Conservatory in Plaza Herrera and now music workshops are happening at several cities in the interior: Chitré, David (Chiriquí) and Colon. I`m at my third glass of wine and already dancing! Giovanni, a Sicilian friend who has come to Panama to distribute wine is teaching us all about his beautiful land and the wonderful wine it produces. Of course, after a while, it is not much the difference (at least to me!!!) but it is a joy to enjoy, as they say in Italy "la dolce vita" definately starts with wine and cheese.
